Strawberry Cobbler

This strawberry cobbler is a classic dessert and always a big hit! It's fresh, sweet, but not too much, and super-easy to make. The strawberries add a nice tartness that balances out the sweetness of the recipe.



  • 01.
    Preheat oven to 350°F and place rack in center.

    Place all filling ingredients in a 20 x 28 cm (8 x 11 in.) baking dish and mix gently.

    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  • 04.
    Sand margarine and dry ingredients with a pastry blender or your fingers until very small pieces form.

    In a small bowl, mix Enjoy! Oat and Hazelnut plant-based drink with vanilla. Pour over the mixture, mixing gently with a fork until just combined.
  • 06.
    Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit, forming small heaps. Sprinkle with raw sugar.
  • 07.
    Place cobbler on a baking sheet and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until strawberry mixture is bubbling and pastry is golden brown. Serve with ice cream, if desired.
